THE FURNITURE GALLERY RETURNS POLICY:

AS STATED ON OUR ORDER INVOICE AND INTERNET ORDER FORM. EXCHANGES, RETURNS, OR CANCELLATIONS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY ON ALL UNFINISHED MERCHANDISE. ALL MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN PERFECT CONDITION AND ACCOMPANIED BY A RECEIPT. CUSTOM FINISHED MERCAHNDISE IS NON-RETURNABLE. INTERNET RETURNS WILL BE SUBJECT TO SHIPPING AND RESTOCKING FEES.

Returns for store credit must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Damages and manufacturer's defects: items which are damaged as a result of shipping must be claimed through the appropriate shipper by the customer. We will be happy to assist you in any way that we can. Damages that occur in our store or on our delivery truck we will be happy to repair, replace the part, or replace the item (whichever is necessary) at our own discretion. Our furniture is made of high quality, expertly crafted REAL WOOD products. We will replace/repair parts or the item against mfr. defects and damage for up to one year of purchase. Please refer to the PRODUCT CARE section of our site since we will not be held responsible for items that are damaged as a result of improper care. Variations in wood grain, knots, texture, open knots and grain, color variation, panel shifting, random patterns, acid marks, bleeding, dark end grain and other natural occurring characteristics of wood are not considered defects. All of these are part of the natural beauty that is REAL WOOD furniture. If you want more information on the wood type that you have selected please consult a member of our staff. In many cases more than one wood type is available for the same item.

**ANY PROBLEM REGARDING THE FINISH MUST BE BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTION WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT AND ACCOMPANIED BY RECEIPT. REPAIR WILL BE DONE AT OUR DISCRETION. ANY MANUFACTURER'S DEFECT MUST BE BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTION WITHIN 1 YEAR OF PURCHASE AND ACCOMPANIED BY RECEIPT THAT PROVES THE DATE OF PURCHASE. OF COURSE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTIES MAY EXCEED THESE GUIDELINES. PLEASE CHECK TO SEE IF YOUR ITEM HAS AN EXTENDED WARRANTY AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. AT THIS TIME ONLY A FEW OF OUR MANUFACTURER'S ARE ABLE TO OFFER THIS SINCE THE ITEMS ARE UNFINISHED AND PROPER FINISHING IS NECESSARY TO ENSURE DURABILITY.

THE FURNITURE GALLERY PURCHASE POLICY:

ORDERS TAKE ANYWHERE FROM 2-12 WEEKS DEPENDING ON THE PARTICULAR MANUFACTURER THAT YOUR PIECE IS ORDERED FROM. THIS LEAD TIME IS DEPENDENT ON THE TIME OF YEAR AND MANY OTHER FACTORS THAT COULD AFFECT DELIVERY SCHEDULES. THE FURNITURE GALLERY WILL GIVE YOU OUR BEST ESTIMATE OF LEAD TIMES DEPENDING ON THE INFORMATION THAT WE RECEIVE FROM OUR SUPPLIERS. THE MANUFACTURERS WORK IN CONJUNCTION WITH FREIGHT COMPANIES TO FILL ALL ORDERS ON A "BY ORDER" BASIS. THE INFORMATION THAT THE MANUFACTURERS AND FREIGHT COMPANIES SUPPLY US WITH IS BASED ON A PROJECTION OF ORDERS THAT THEY EXPECT TO FILL WITHIN THE WEEKS AND MONTHS AHEAD. THIS PROJECTION, ALTHOUGH OFTEN ACCURATE, COULD BE AFFECTED BY MANY FACTORS SUCH AS EMPLOYEE SHORTAGES, VARIABLE WEATHER CONDITIONS, AVAILABILITY OF RAW MATERIALS, SHIPPING, AND ETCETERA. MANUFACTURERS MUST OFTEN FILL AN ENTIRE FREIGHT TRUCK BEFORE THEY WILL RELEASE AN ORDER TO OUR AREA AND THIS MAY ALSO AFFECT LEAD TIMES. THEY ARE UNABLE TO CONTROL THESE CIRCUMSTANCES, AS OUR WE, SO IF AN ITEM TAKES LONGER FOR US TO RECEIVE THAN OUR BEST ESTIMATE KEEP IN MIND THAT WE ONLY GIVE OUR CUSTOMERS AN ESTIMATED TIME FRAME AND RECEIVING SHIPMENTS FROM SUPPLIERS IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL. WE UNDERSTAND THAT IN ORDERING AN ITEM OUT OF A CATALOG, IT IS DIFFICULT TO SEE DRAWER CONSTRUCTION, WOOD TYPE, HARDWARE STYLE AND COLOR, VISUAL DIMENSIONS, AND ANY OTHER CHARACTERISTICS OF AN ITEM.
