Items that are assembled or are too large to ship by way of UPS may be hand delivered to your residence or business provided that the delivery address is within our 300 mile delivery range from our Lewes, Delaware store.
A fee will be added to your order invoice and is determined by the mileage to the delivery address and the difficulty of the delivery. Charge for delivery is per address, not per piece.
Delivery time and date are made once the order has been fulfilled by our staff. One of our representatives will call a few days in advance to schedule an appointment.
Unique situations must be disclosed at the time of ordering so that we can make proper arrangements and to calculate an accurate delivery fee. Many times we only send one representative on out of state deliveries, so it is necessary for us to know about unique situations in order for us to come equipped with the proper items. If unique situations are not discussed ahead of time, the delivery person may place items where he feels is most convenient.
Please be sure to measure all doorways, hallways, elevators, and most importantly the space where the item is going to sit before you place your order. If the delivery person is unable to place your item(s) where it should go you will have to make your own separate arrangements and will still be charged the full delivery fee for bringing the item to you.

DELIVERY POLICY
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO MAKE DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS FOR YOUR ITEMS YOUR BALANCE MUST BE PAID IN FULL.
OUR STANDARD DELIVERY IS GROUND FLOOR ONLY. IF UNIQUE SITUATIONS EXIST SUCH AS TAKING FURNITURE UP STAIRS OR TO A SECOND FLOOR YOU MUST EXPLAIN THIS TO ONE OF OUR SALES PEOPLE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. AN EXTRA FEE MAY BE CHARGE. IF IT IS TOO DIFFICULT OR YOU DO NOT INFORM US BEFORE THE DELIVERY TAKES PLACE, WE MAY DETERMINE THAT THE ITEM MUST BE LEFT ON THE GROUND FLOOR. MOVING THE ITEM TO WHERE IT SHOULD BE PLACED WILL THEN BECOME YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
** DUE TO LIABILITY AND INJURY ISSUES OUR DELIVERY PERSON WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO DO THE FOLLOWING:
- MOVE OR REMOVE EXISTING FURNITURE
- MOVE AUDIO/VIDEO EQUIPMENT
- UNHOOK OR HOOK UP AUDIO/VIDEO EQUIPMENT
- HANDLE ANY OF YOU PERSONAL PROPERTY
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THAT THE SPACE IS CLEAR WHERE THE ITEM GOES; AS WELL AS A CLEAR PATH FROM YOUR MAIN ENTRANCE TO WHERE THE ITEM IS TO BE PLACED.
IT IS ALSO YOUR RESPONSIBILTY TO MAKE SURE THAT YOUR DRIVEWAY, SIDEWALK, AND STEPS ARE CLEAR AND ACCESSIBLE TO OUR DELIVERY MEN. (SNOW, ICE, DEBRIS, VEHICLES, ETC. MUST BE REMOVED).
PLEASE BE SURE THAT THERE IS AMPLE PARKING FOR THE DELIVERY TRUCK.
**ANY SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES ASSOCIATED WITH A CITY BUILDING OR OFFICE MUST BE INVESTIGATED BY THE CUSTOMER PRIOR TO THE DELIVERY. THIS IS TO ENSURE THAT OUR DELIVERY MEN WILL NOT BE HELD UP AT THE DOOR.
**WE WILL BE HAPPY TO LEAVE ITEMS AT A LOADING DOCK OR LOBBY AS LONG AS THERE IS A RESPONSIBLE PERSON FROM YOUR FAMILY OR BUSINESS TO SIGN FOR THE RECEIPT OF YOUR ITEMS.
